The stunning modern architecture of this villa is marked by clean lines interspersed with central glass walled atrium and numerous terraces, and softened by strategically placed curves.  In the jasmine, rosemary and jacaranda scented gardens, footpaths and lawns lead to the impressive lap pool flanked by a wooden footbridge entrance to the private Treehouse suite.  Outdoors, guests will also enjoy an open air dining pagoda, a Balinese pool house and numerous lounging and sunning areas.  The second infinity edged pool is located on the impressive rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views of the sea and peninsula.

The  poolside "Tenthouse" guest retreat boasts two queen bed bedroom suites with sitting areas, en-suite full bathrooms and a private terrace.

The lavender accented poolside pathway leads back to the main house where guests enter the main level.  This floor hosts the open plan living areas with fully equipped kitchen as well as the lounge with outdoor terrace.  There is a large wrap around deck as well as indoor and outdoor dining areas, a breakfast area and a comfortable living room.  The entire floor is surrounded by glass allowing a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.  Furnishings are luxurious, modern and comfortable and spaces are ample and airy.

Guests can transition between floors via the glass walled elevator or the circular stairway, which winds through a spectacular, transparent central atrium. The second level boasts two suites, both with king beds, private sitting areas and full en-suite bathrooms.  There is also a bar and study area on this floor.

The Master bedroom, located on the third floor, features a king sized bed, sitting area, dressing rooms, a private terrace, and a full ensuite bathroom.  Floor to ceiling windows afford an abundance of natural light and offer sweeping sea views. The bathroom is equally elegant, boasting a rain shower, walk in wardrobe, large bathtub and fireplace.

The fourth king bedroom suite in the main house is located on the ground level and also features a full en-suite bathroom. This level also houses a surround sound cinema with snack kitchen and a workout room with multi-exercise lifecycle, free weights, a black granite hammam and a shower.

Villa O offers covered parking for six cars.  Guests may also take advantage of the private chef, chauffeur, personal trainer, and 30 meter private yacht, "Jazz", at additional cost.  St. Jean is conveniently close to spectacular beaches and beach clubs, the peninsula walk, the marina, Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo, restaurants, shopping and casinos.
