El Castillo de Esparza Villa is a deluxe and luxurious estate situated on a beautiful secluded mountaintop. This regal Costa Rica vacation villa is set near the Central Pacific coast and overlooks the romantic Gulf of Nicoya for an exquisite view of the Costa Rican sunset. This massive 8 acre property was designed for the Countess of Baillet-Latour and boasts over 43,000 square feet of upscale living spaces. The estate is hidden behind a twelve foot wall for maximum privacy and is accessed through an electronic gate. The large free-flowing swimming pool is surrounded by a commanding wooden deck that is furnished with comfortable chaise lounge chairs which are perfect for soaking up some rays.
El Castillo de Esparza Villa is comprised of two separate living spaces, the 'Manor House' and the Guest House. The interiors of this luxurious Costa Rica vacation home are adorned with screened cathedral windows, arched doorways, and solid hand-carved Cristobal wood throughout the living areas. The Manor House is 12,000 square feet and greets guests with a marble walkway leading to the bar, library, and billiards room. The 3,100 square foot living room has Cristobal wood floorings and antique decor. The right end of the house had the large formal dining room and master suite complete with two bedrooms. The left end has the massive VIP suite, two private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a game room and media room. The guest house includes guest bedrooms with private bathrooms, living area, and kitchenette. There is also a second guest house which can accommodate six and is best for small children and nannies.
El Castillo de Esparza Villa offers guests an exciting and completely carefree Costa Rica vacation with anything and everything needed for the ultimate relaxation. Guests can get a massage on the property, play a game of pool in the billiards room, or relax and watch a movie in the living areas on the televisions complete with DirecTV and DVD players. Guests can unwind in the Jacuzzi or cool off in the saltwater swimming pool. The chaise lounge chairs on the deck are ideal for soaking up some Costa Rican sun. There is also a fitness center and tennis courts available for guest's private use. The soft sandy beaches are just steps away and are always the ideal location for a day of family fun in the sun.
