Casa de Frutas is a stylish and highly desirable three bedroom villa located in the private gated resort of Tulemar in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. This "Bali Modern" style residence offers 4,000 square feet of tropical, open-air living with stunning ocean views from every room. The idyllic hillside setting borders a lush tropical rain forest, inhabited by playful monkeys as well as many exotic bird species. From the foyer, guests enter an inviting open air terrace/ living room that features spectacular sea views.

The villa is handsomely adorned with exotic bamboo furniture, Balinese art and various objects d'art, all set under impressive, 25 foot ceilings. A handsome dining area seats ten and adjoins a modern kitchen with bar seating for five. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with al fresco rain forest shower. On the lower level are two identical guest bedrooms, each of which contains two queen beds, en-suite bathrooms, kitchenettes and private oceanview terraces that are well furnished and equipped for al fresco living and dining. The spectacular infinity edge plunge pool is enhanced by a Balinese Pavilion and panoramic ocean views.

Tulemar Gardens is a gated resort with facilities that include a restaurant, bar, pool and a beautiful tropical beach with both bar and food service. The nature and hiking trails that lead through the property's forested areas have many plaques that describe the local trees and vegetation. As many wildlife species inhabit Tulemar as do Manuel Antonio National Park, including all three species of native monkeys, two and three toed sloths, a vast array of exotic birds, innumerable insects and other types of animals. The beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling and all guests enjoy the use of free lounge chairs, umbrellas, sea kayaks, and boogie boards. Tulemar's beach was also recently awarded the prestigious "Blue Flag" award (Bandera Azul Ecologica) in recognition of its pristine water and shoreline, as well as the community's environmentally sound practices.

Food and beverage service is available. Guests can walk 5 minutes downhill to the beach and either walk back up or take the resort shuttle for just $1 per person. Tulemar is located in the heart of Manuel Antonio, within walking distance of the area's best restaurants and most entertaining bars. Manuel Antonio National Park is just a few minutes down the road.
