Villa Pamela

Entering Villa Pamela you find yourself in the living and dining area of the home. Peer through glass doors out to the home's patio and the ocean beyond. The unique part of this room is that the glass doors can be retracted into the wall to completely open the living area to the patio and let the sea breeze circulate throughout the home. If you prefer a different type of comfort, however, central air conditioning is available. The patio provides comfortable space for entertaining, and a gas barbeque grill is at your disposal. All of the common area furnishings are contemporary and tasteful.

Across the hall, the kitchen offers ample space and provides high-quality stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and fine wood cabinets. A laundry room with washer and dryer can be accessed through the kitchen. Around the corner, an office nook with an internet-connected computer is provided just in case you need to connect to the outside world.

There are three bedrooms; two master bedrooms with king size beds, and the third with two full beds. The first master bedroom has access to the main patio and also features retractable glass doors to fully open the room to the outside air. The second master bedroom has windows with accessible balconies on two sides of the room. Both master bathrooms are en-suite with separate showers, and a walk-in closets. The first master bedroom also features a Jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with separate shower. All furnishings are tastefully done in a contemporary style.

When you are ready for a little exercise and fun, the community boasts an expansive and beautifully designed swimming pool, as well as two tennis courts. Guests also have access to the private Punta Ballena Beach Club nearby. Of course, best of all, the Sea of Cortez is within walking distance down a stone pathway.
