This colonial Spanish villa is situated above the stunning turquoise sea and luscious sandy beaches of Los Cabos. There is plenty of outdoor seating and places to relax while you sunbath on the surround deck. Enjoy the romantic glow of the outdoor fire bowl, or unwind in the outdoor hot spa that offers a magnificent view of the turquoise sea below. The outdoor dining area is suitable for up to 8 people with unparalleled perspectives of the white sand beach and deep blue Sea of Cortes.
The lovely interior of this villa features down-filled classic furnishings by EJ Victor that surround a hand carved fireplace, with stunning sunlight pouring in through the arched doorways of the outdoor terrace. The amazing kitchen with a marble top bar has fine dishware and commercial quality appliances for your enjoyment. A bar and stool seating divide the kitchen from the dining area, furnished with an antique wooden table and circular chandelier that were both carefully selected from beautiful Guadalajara, Mexico.
The master bedroom suite offers a majestic 4 poster bed with silk bed linens, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a deep Jacuzzi tub and relaxing day bed. The guest master suite has a wrought iron 4 poster bed, and breathtaking views of the sea with intricately laid Mexican blue tiles in the ensuite bathroom. The queen suite has 2 queen sized beds and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. A private guest casita is located on a separate level of the house, and offers a king sized bed, commercial kitchen and breakfast corner, ensuite bathroom with cooper tub, and a private terrace with a fire place and views of the seaside.
