The epitome of a Mexican hacienda, Villa Las Arenas is a 3,300 square foot home with an ocean front view, four bedrooms, four and a half baths and plenty of spacious indoor and outdoor living. The main house offers a large well appointed living area with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that bring the outside in, a lovely dining room and a well appointed gourmet kitchen. Also in the main house, guests will find two master suites, each with an en-suite bathroom and king size beds as well as a third guest bedroom with two queen beds. Marble flooring, Venetian plaster walls, vaulted exposed beam ceilings, custom fixtures and elegant contemporary furnishings come together to make this home a delight. Outdoors, guests will enjoy a large infinity edge pool, an oversized Jacuzzi, a fire pit, an outdoor dining palapa and barbecue area along with panoramic ocean views. Finally the private guest casita features a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom sitting area and lovely ocean views.
