Located in Punta Ballena’s esteemed Auberge Private Residences and only a few feet away from Esperanza Resort and Spa, this large 3,750 square foot condo is a particularly relaxing getaway. Villa Lucero guests have access to Punta Ballena Beach Club, with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts,  game room and a fitness center with lockers and showers. The condo is also within walking distance of a some well known restaurants.

The villa enjoys lovely views of the Sea of Cortez from various rooms. However, the views are best appreciated from the terrace. This colorfully decorated area includes a sitting area, a built in gas barbeque and a table perfect for romantic candle light dinners. 

Inside, the villa is decorated in contemporary Mexican style. A spacious living and dining room area is painted in light colors with perfectly polished floors, and opens up to the terrace.  Big couches make this room a great place to entertain. A full bar, where you can easily prepare your favorite drinks, is also found in this room. The large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar will inspire most culinary fanatics to cook.

The villa has 3 bedrooms that are easily accessed from the main living area. The master bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a jetted bathtub. This room has access to a private balcony with a hammock and chairs. The second bedroom features a king sized bed and the third has 2 full beds. The second and third bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers.
