Description
Built of coral stone with a traditional Barbadian flavor, the Waverly Villa offers exceptional accommodations with a beachfront view of the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean. Located directly on the prestigious West Coast beach by the quaint Gibbs Bay, guests will enjoy excellent swimming, snorkeling and lovely views of the garden and surrounding tropical trees. The decor of the house is light and airy with an accent on comfort and style. Barbadian louvered doors open and welcome its guests onto a patio with bar for entertaining and alfresco dining and a refreshing plunge pool for swimming and relaxing without the sand.
All three bedrooms found in this Barbados villa are fully air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, and two open to balconies. The master suite has a private en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom of the same standard. Two of three double bedrooms enjoy spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea from their private balconies. The tastefully decorated living and dining area with marble topped dining table leads onto informal seating and the wet bar around the plunge pool and terrace, with vistas across the tropical gardens to the sea. The open sun-deck, outdoor shower, built-in BBQ, and small, private, manicured garden and lawn entice the Waverly Villa guests outdoors, perhaps to walk across the sand to cool their feet in the crystal waters. And of course, there is an equally well-equipped kitchen.
Waverly is conveniently located near the restaurant and spa facilities at Suga Suga. Golf and tennis are available a short drive away at either Royal Westmoreland or Sandy Lane.
