Description
Sundown Villa is a beautiful four bedroom home located on the Barbados west coast at Mullin's Beach. This newly constructed property is of Caribbean contemporary style. Remote controlled security gates ensure guests privacy and solitude. The entire property is surrounded with swaying palm trees, manicured hedges, large fruit trees and fragrant tropical flowers. The superbly landscaped grounds host a refreshing large private swimming pool, and a lovely gazebo with full-range grill. The gazebo, with a top of the line gas barbeque, and a sub-zero under counter fridge, sits adjacent to the wimming pool, and overlooks the white sandy beach with rolling waves. The gazebo also serves as the idylic location for evening cocktails, followed by fine al fresco dining for up to eight guests.
Barbados Villas are traditionally open and airy, as is the case in Sundown Villa is elegantly and comfortably furnished. Each of the main rooms infuses light and space, and blends perfectly with the lush exterior environment. There is an entertainment and game room equipped with state-of-the-art amenities including four large screen plasma television and surround sound system, as well as BOSE stereo sound system. The professional stainless steel kitchen is fully outfitted with top of the line appliances, including a sub-zero refrigeration unit and a freezer wine cooler. Sundown Villa offers a Culligan water purification system and a high tech security system. Also included is a computer system with printer and fax. Large ceiling fans are situated throughout the villa, which, combined with the cool trade winds, will ensure that guests will reside in a most comfortable setting. Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms is spacious, inviting, and well appointed; each also features a private en-suite bathroom and a superlative view of the sea. Three of the bedrooms are situated on the upper floor; the fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor.

Due to the cancellation of a repeat, long-stay booking at Sundown from January 5 to March 30, 2013, the owner is offering the property for the winter period, i.e. Jan. 5 to April 15 inclusive, at a reduced rate of US $1200 per night + 8.75% VAT (the published nightly rate is US $1400 per night).
