The Estate of Leamington is situated on the fashionable West Coast of Barbados in St. Peter Parish and within walking distance of Cobbler's Cove Hotel and Beach. The 2.5 acre beachfront property, with 200-foot frontage on the Caribbean Sea, is set amid one of the most beautiful tropical gardens on the island. The Leamington Estate consists of the "Pavilion", "Beach Cottage", and "House", all of which may be rented together or separately. Leamington Pavilion is recognized as one of the premier homes in the Caribbean. The especially inviting interiors of this exquisite villa were completely redecorated in 2006. There is a private gym and tennis court for the exclusive use of Leamington Pavilion guests. The swimming pool is nearly fifty feet long and the furnished terrace leads to two classic gazebos that are most comfortably furnished and overlook the sea.
Antique furniture and classic rattan is set amid period oil paintings and classic statuary, creating an ambience that is both luxurious and relaxing. All of the crystal glassware and Wedgewood china has been shipped from Harrods in London. As the butler serves dinner by candlelight in The Baroque Dining Room there is magic in the air. Leamington Pavilion has four bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and private en-suite bathrooms. There are two master suites, one with twin beds and one with a king-sized bed. The two smaller suites each have two twin beds. Twin beds can be joined to create large beds in all bedrooms. Each bedroom is beautifully and tastefully furnished. This is a true rendition of upscale living in Barbados villas.
The staff of the Leamington Pavilion is exceptional. A butler, cook, three maids, laundress, and gardener cater to guests' every need and whim. There is also a night watchman, who is on duty six nights per week. Excellent golf facilities can be found at the Sandy Lane Golf Club and at Royal Westmoreland. Leamington Pavilion is located just five minutes from shopping and restaurants in Speightstown. There is a reef in front of this property and good swimming and beach area are very easily reached from both the north and south of these Caribbean villas. Leamington Pavilion is highly recommended to the most discerning guests.
