The interiors of 'Ixoria' are bright, spacious, and offer natural light and comfortable furnishings. Guests may enjoy the wonderful beach and a dip in the azure Caribbean Sea, or else relax by the shared freshwater swimming pool which is located on the grounds. There is a covered outdoor sitting area, as well as an outdoor covered dining area, which is the perfect location for al fresco meals. Each of the three air-conditioned bedrooms provides guests with relaxing accommodations. Two of the bedrooms are located on the upper level; the third bedroom is located on the ground level. Each bedroom features a private patio. The master bedroom is fitted with a King size bed; the remaining two guest bedrooms are each fitted with twin beds. Each bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom. The staff of Emerald Beach Number 3 includes a cook, a maid, a gardener, and on-site property security. The hour for the cook and maid are from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., six days per week. Please note that a maximum of two children between the ages of 2 years old and 12 years old are permitted.
