Emerald Beach No. 1, 2 Description

Located on the long sweep of unspoiled, white sandy beach of Gibbs Bay, on the famous West coast of Barbados, Emerald Beach comprises six luxuriously appointed, wonderfully sited villas in over an acre of lush, beautifully landscaped gardens.

Each villa has three generous bedrooms, each air-conditioned, all with twin beds which may be converted to king size on request, and private en-suite bathrooms. There are ceiling fans throughout.

In addition to the excellent beach and swimming facilities, there is a large freshwater pool for the exclusive use of the residents.

These privately owned villas are let complete with all equipment and facilities. Staff consists of a cook and maid/laundress and security is provided on the property. Staff hours are from 8:30am to 11:30pm, and from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

Note: Food and beverages are not included in the rate for this villa.

Policies

  Payment Policy: A 30% deposit is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation and balance of payment must be received by LaCURE at least 75 days prior to travel. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a holiday reservation and balance of payment must be received by LaCURE at least 75 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 75 days of travel may incur an Administration fee.

  Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 91 days or more prior to travel are subject to a 15% penalty. Reservations cancelled 76-90 days prior to travel are subject to a 30% penalty. Reservations cancelled 75 days or less prior to travel are non-refundable. Payments for holiday reservations are non-refundable. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

  Security Deposit Policy: The security deposit for this property is collected against any accidental damage or miscellaneous charges that may occur at the property and can usually be refunded approximately 90 days after check-out. Local telephone billing may delay refund.
