Description
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on a large elevated lot within the secure grounds of the Sugar Hill Resort Community, Villa Monkey Business offers lovely ocean views from ample interior and exterior living spaces.
The grand entrance features coral walls and travertine floors and holds the sweeping staircases. Upstairs, the main living area includes a large living room which opens onto a gramd covered deck with sweeping ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the outdoor patio with a large dining table, perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A bedroom suite with a king sized bed, large closets and en-suite bathroom is also located on the upper level.
Downstairs, the ground floor outdoor living area can be accessed from the bedrooms as well as by stairs from the upstairs patio. It is equipped with a comfortable sitting area and a large pool deck with an infinity edged pool which cascades down into a smaller pool below it set in beautiful lush gardens. The pool is the centerpiece of the property, framed by the cottage on one side and the pool house on the other. The pool pavilion is equipped with a sink, a fridge and ice maker, a powder room and shower.
The master bedroom is located on the lower level and features a king bedroom and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. Two additional bedroom suites on the lower level host two twin beds, convertible to king sized bed, and en-suite shower bathrooms.
The private guest cottage holds two bedrooom suites, each with en-suite bathrooms as well as a kitchenette. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans.
Situated overlooking the famous west coast of Barbados, with its white sandy beaches, Villa Monkey Business is also within a five minute drive of Speightstown. The shops and restaurants at Holetown are just 15 minutes by car. The Sugar Hill Resort offers championship tennis courts, members lounge, gym and restaurant.
