Description
The Cove Spring House villa is located on a pristine beach in a small cove. This magnificent Colonial-style residence boasts spectacular views over the Caribbean. One of four homes in the exclusive west coast enclave known as The Garden, the Cove Spring House is set on 1 1/3 acres of lush tropical grounds landscaped with majestic palms and mahogany trees. Expansive terraces and a dramatic pool with spa overlook the sea. Elegantly detailed and superbly scaled, the newly built main house and separate guest cottage are more than 20,000 square feet, with ten bedrooms, ten full bathrooms and powder room. Terraces are furnished in Balinese pieces and include sun beds, cabanas, massage tables and rattan pieces. Also featured is a dining gazebo with chandelier and misting cooling system for your added comfort.
In the centrally air-conditioned main residence, natural coral stone is highlighted throughout the spacious principal rooms, which all feature high ceilings and large windows that frame captivating views of the sea. On the main floor, the Grand Foyer opens to the seaside terrace and elegant Stair Hall; a formal living room and dining room also open to the terrace. All bedrooms offer Frette linens, plasma television and ensuite bathroom. Adjacent to the kitchen are a pantry and staff rooms. Off the foyer, a gallery leads to powder and exercise rooms.
The expert staff of the Cove Spring House villa is overseen by the villa's Manager who is also available to arrange a variety of recreational activities. Please note for bookings at per bedroom rates the number of staff may be reduced. Amenities at Cove Spring include a twenty-seat home theater with surround sound system and selection of DVDs (each bedroom also has a plasma television and DVD player), WIFI, Business Center equipped with computer and wireless internet connection, and multi-function fax/copier/printer/scanner. There is an air-conditioned fitness room (stairmaster, treadmill, free weights, cross-trainer, upright cycle and rowing machine) - personal trainer available on request. Private golf clubs are close by, and it is just two miles to fine shopping and dining in Holetown.
