The Landmark villa is set on the picture perfect beach in St. James, and is an absolutely striking vacation home. Standing at the northern end of the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach, its visitors are blessed with the options of soaking up the sun, snorkeling the morning away or swimming in the refreshing turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea. This exquisite property also offers a commanding view of the entire bay area that welcomes the glorious mornings and provides a picture perfect sunset to each amazing day. Come and allow the senses to be overcome with the sights, smells and sounds so blissfully natural to the region of Barbados.
The house, built mainly of coral stone, features a large living area and separate dining pagoda. The overall design is open air concept so reflective of the magnificent climate of Barbados. This Barbados villas aura comes with high wood cathedral-style ceilings and plush, comfortable furnishings. There are four luxurious and air-conditioned bedroom suites, three located on the ground floor, and one on the first floor. The master suite has a king size bed, the remaining three bedrooms each have twin beds. All of the bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and luxurious linens. The Landmark villa certainly is a home away from home.
If one is so inclined to leave the comforts of the Landmark villa, tennis is available nearby at the Sandy Lane property owners' court, and there is an excellent 18-hole golf course at Sandy Lane located just next door. While vacationing in Barbados villas is certainly romantic, however, an additional two-bedroom cottage on the property is perfect to bring family or friends, "Landmark Cottage", may also be rented to accommodate four additional guests. Food and beverages are not included in the rates for this villa; however, please inquire to stock food or beverages to be present at the villa upon arrival. There will be every attempt to service any need for this vacation in paradise.
