The impressive Landfall villa is a distinctive two-story property located directly on the world famous Sandy Lane Beach and nestled amid half an acre of mature trees and lush, tropical gardens. A gazebo-style dining room provides entrance onto the gardens, lagoon-style swimming pool and outdoor entertaining area. Set beachside is a gazebo furnished for al fresco dining, and nearby is a Jacuzzi, hammock and built-in gas grill. A wonderful sunken seating area is arranged next to the pool terrace, which leads to the upper level with air-conditioned bar with television with DirecTV and seating area. The experience of partaking in all delights this accommodation offers is only the beginning of your dream vacation.
This Barbados villas arched door entrance leads into an attractive central courtyard with cascading tropical greenery and reflecting pool with fountain. The Landfall villa is a six-bedroom property consisting of approximately 6000 square feet of luxury living space. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor; the remaining four, including the Master Bedroom, are on the upper level. All have air-conditioning and private en-suite bathrooms with separate shower and bath. There is satellite television in four of the bedrooms (bedrooms 1, 2, 5 and 6). All bedrooms fitted with twin beds can, on request, be converted to king size. Also on the upper level is a spacious, air-conditioned TV room. Off the courtyard, there is an air-conditioned study with comfortable seating area and high speed ADSL Internet access to connect with those unlucky ones left at home.
A dedicated Villa Manager oversees the Landfall villa staff that includes a cook, assistant cook, butler, maid, assistant maid, laundress, and gardener. Additionally, this villa provides complimentary use (2 hours per day for 4 days of each week's stay) of a boat equipped for water-skiing.
