The Happy Days Villa overlooks the fourth fairway of the Sandy Lane Golf Course, and bestows a beautiful glance of the Caribbean Sea. Striking and gracious in every facet, this property was newly completed in 1990, and affords extraordinary living. An awe inspiring drive escorts its guests to the front of the house and its grand portico entrance. Beautiful landscaped gardens continue toward the private tennis court and its bordering pavilion and sauna. A large verandah frames the pristine swimming pool on this grand estate. The verandah has large columns draped in brilliant white curtains and large ceiling fans throughout. Off the main pool guests can relax in the beautiful plunge pool/Jacuzzi.
This Barbados Villa's entrance will impress all who grace it. The spacious foyer with winding staircase adds to the beauty of Happy Days Villa. Contemporary furnishings with white textured fabrics make lasting first impressions of this villa. Also offered from this remarkable hall is a cloakroom that opens into a stylishly furnished lounge and dining room, and onto the airy pool patio. A sauna and steam room is also available for guests use. There are four double bedrooms opening onto the grand terrace, and an additional guest can be comfortably accommodated in the music room where a bed settee folds into a twin bed. This room also has a bathroom en suite and leads onto the pool terrace. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, with en suite bathrooms. The villa comes fully equipped with cable television, and stereo system. The ground floor is only available for rental, with the owners' first floor suite retained for their personal use only.
This Caribbean Villas spacious yet intimate setting provides privacy and relaxation to all visitors. Happy Days Villa guests have use of the owner's beach cabana on the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach. A staff is available for guests that include a cook, laundress and housekeeper. Supplies of food and drink, whilst not included in the rate for the villa, can be supplied with prior notice. Excellent swimming on the Sandy Lane Beach is just a quarter mile away. Wonderful restaurants, shopping and entertainment are nearby. Baby sitters are available upon request. The Happy Days villa, true to its name, provides happy days to all its visitors.
