La Mirage is comprised of 5,900 square feet of living space on one top floor level.
The grounds of this condominium complex are well maintained. The gardens are beautifully landscaped, and a freeform swimming pool is contained within. For those guests who desire a larger pool, the warm, aquamarine Caribbean Sea is just steps away.
The interiors of La Mirage are stunning and are finished with tasteful, elegant furnishings in all the rooms. Exclusive access to this penthouse is by a private elevator with its own key. High vaulted ceilings lend a spacious and dramatic air to the penthouse. Plush sofas and fine wood pieces make for an extremely comfortable and warm ambiance. The sea views offered from the living area are breathtaking.
This condominium is fully air-conditioned and features ceiling fans throughout. There is a partially covered pool deck complete with plunge pool; this area is ideal for admiring the Caribbean sunset.
Each of the four bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are master suites, each fitted with king beds. The remaining two bedrooms are each fitted with twin beds, and are of a comfortable size. The bedrooms also each feature a television, VCR and DVD player.

Payment Policy: A 30% deposit is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation and balance of payment must be received by LaCURE at least 75 days prior to travel. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a holiday reservation and balance of payment must be received by LaCURE at least 75 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 75 days of travel may incur an Administration fee.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 91 days or more prior to travel are subject to a 15% penalty.
Reservations cancelled 76-90 days prior to travel are subject to a 30% penalty.
Reservations cancelled 75 days or less prior to travel are non-refundable.
Payments for holiday reservations are non-refundable.
Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Security Deposit Policy: The security deposit for this property is collected against any accidental damage or miscellaneous charges that may occur at the property and can usually be refunded approximately 90 days after check-out. Local telephone billing may delay refund.
