Heronetta Villa Description

Plan a wonderful escape to the Heronetta villa in Barbados. A luxurious and classic coral stone villa perfectly situated on the world famous Sandy Lane Beach in the Parish of St. James. An absolute paradise, the villa is set on extensive, beautifully landscaped grounds with a beach frontage of approximately 400 feet. Heronetta features a private tennis court and private swimming pool with classic pool pavilion. The exterior design of the pool and terrace ensures an ideal setting for days of sun and leisure and fabulous al fresco dining. There truly is no need to ever leave this ultimate setting.

The focal point of the Heronetta villa is the stately living room. In true Barbados villas style and postured in a beachside pavilion, this room offers beautiful traditional furnishings and French doors that open on all sides to furnished terraces and the gardens. In the main house, the dining room, library, and reception areas are traditionally and comfortably furnished. The Heronetta offers four bedrooms, each with twin beds, air- conditioning, ceiling fans, and private en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located in the main house, the other two are guest cottages located near the main house. Plenty of sleeping accommodations for guests, or for a private hideaway.

The staff of the Heronetta villa will put to shame the staff of other Caribbean villas. Expertly trained within their individual craft, the uncompromising services of a cook, housekeeper, two maids, laundress and gardeners is guaranteed. And while the staff is tending to their daily chores, please take the time to visit the shops and attractions known to the town. The various artists and their exquisite wares will serve as the perfect memento of the perfect vacation. There is so very much to experience and to enjoy in this wondrous small paradise.

Policies

  Payment Policy: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and balance of payment must be received by LaCURE at least 60 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 60 days of travel may incur an Administrative Fee.

  Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 90 days or more prior to travel are subject to a 15% penalty. Reservations cancelled 61 - 89 days prior to travel result in 30% penalty or forfeiture of deposit. Reservations cancelled 60 days or less prior to travel are non-refundable. Payments for all holiday reservations are non-refundable. Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.

  Security Deposit Policy: The security deposit for this property is collected against any accidental damages or miscellaneous charges that may occur at the property and can be usually be refunded within 90 days after check-out. Telephone deposit refunds may be delayed due to local billing practices.
