Everygreen villa is very elegant, beautifully appointed, and situated within the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate. Nestled in the heart of three acres of lush tropical gardens and the grounds are attractively landscaped. Evergreen villa boasts comfortable and wonderfully furnished living and dining rooms. The expansive patios and quaint family rooms open outdoors to both covered seating and to a spacious dining area which provides the perfect atmosphere for al fresco meals. The private pool hidden between the lush gardens also offers a unique ambience.

This elegant St. James Parish villa is beautifully furnished with a wonderful mix of antiquities and modern pieces, and is located on the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. One is a separate guest suite which opens to the villa's large swimming pool. Three bedrooms are fitted with king size beds, and one has two twins.

This Barbados villa's staff consists of a cook, housekeeper, laundress and night watchman.

Policies

  Payment Policy: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and balance of payment must be received by LaCURE at least 60 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 60 days of travel may incur an Administrative Fee.

  Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 90 days or more prior to travel are subject to a 15% penalty. Reservations cancelled 61 - 89 days prior to travel result in 30% penalty or forfeiture of deposit. Reservations cancelled 60 days or less prior to travel are non-refundable. Payments for all holiday reservations are non-refundable. Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.

  Security Deposit Policy: The security deposit for this property is collected against any accidental damages or miscellaneous charges that may occur at the property and can be usually be refunded within 90 days after check-out. Telephone deposit refunds may be delayed due to local billing practices.
