Reeds House # 9 is a deluxe condominium residence located on the second floor of a beachfront building offering a total of fourteen suites. The location offers great views of the beach, the sea, and each evening's sunset.

Reeds House # 9 is a deluxe condominium residence located on the second floor of a beachfront complex with fourteen suites. The location offers great views of the beach, the sea, and each evenings sunset.

The living area is furnished in tropical rattan and opens to two terraces. A fully equpped, modern kitchen is open plan to the living area. Both bedrooms are off the living area and are air-conditioned with en-suite baths. The bedrooms are well appointed and one opens to the dining terrace.

The al fresco dining terrace is complemented by a second terrace with private spa pool.

The staff consists of maid and cook service six days per week. The cook prepares two meals per day. Staff puts chaise lounges on the beach each morning.

Please Note: Food and beverages are not included in the rate for this condominium.

Children are welcome Children under the age of 12 years are not permitted.

Policies

  Payment Policy: A 30% deposit is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation and balance of payment must be received by LaCURE at least 60 days prior to travel. A 50% deposit is required to confirm holiday reservations and balances of payment must be received by LaCURE at least 75 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 60 days of travel may incur an Administrative Fee.

  Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 90 days or more prior to travel are subject to a 15% penalty. Reservations cancelled 61 - 89 days prior to travel result in 30% penalty or forfeiture of deposit. Reservations cancelled 60 days or less prior to travel are non-refundable. Payments for all holiday reservations are non-refundable. Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.

  Security Deposit Policy: The security deposit for this property is collected against any accidental damages or miscellaneous charges that may occur at the property and can be usually be refunded within 90 days after check-out. Telephone deposit refunds may be delayed due to local billing practices.
