  Payment Policy: A 30% deposit is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation and balance of payment must be received by LaCURE at least 60 days prior to travel. A 50% deposit is required to confirm holiday reservations and balances of payment must be received by LaCURE at least 75 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 60 days of travel may incur an Administrative Fee.

  Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 90 days or more prior to travel are subject to a 15% penalty. Reservations cancelled 61 - 89 days prior to travel result in 30% penalty or forfeiture of deposit. Reservations cancelled 60 days or less prior to travel are non-refundable. Payments for all holiday reservations are non-refundable. Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.

  Security Deposit Policy: The security deposit for this property is collected against any accidental damages or miscellaneous charges that may occur at the property and can be usually be refunded within 90 days after check-out. Telephone deposit refunds may be delayed due to local billing practices.
