Description
Villa Paradise's extraordinary waterfront residence commands over three acres of private and gated, lushly planted grounds with outstanding views over the blue Caribbean waters. It offers the most discerning guest the ultimate upscale island lifestyle. An enormous swimming pool is placed within an especially spacious terra cotta deck overlooking the water. Its 7,000 square feet of living space includes a sprawling reception area with McGuire furnishings opening onto two terraces.
Villa Paradise boasts a wonderful, state-of-the-art kitchen that is equipped with Miele and GE Monogram appliances and granite work surfaces. Dining may be enjoyed indoors or in the outdoor covered pavilion that seats twelve. Sleeping accommodations for 12 are offered in the Grand Master Bedroom, Master Bedroom, Family Suite and a separate apartment. Each bedroom is impeccably dressed with special touches such as Ralph Lauren pillows, and complete with en-suites fitted with Rolex, Kohler and Villeroy fixtures. A mere 3-minute boat ride brings guests enjoying their villa vacation in Anguilla, to the lovely Sandy Point Beach. Fantastic snorkeling is offered amid a coral reef in a protected lagoon.
Villa Paradise offers a very good staff including house manager, concierge, maid and caretaker. A chef and/or butler are available at additional rates and by prior arrangement. Spa services can also easily be arranged on request. This luxury Anguilla villa's beach is modestly sized. A daily continental breakfast is included in the rates for this villa, however, all other food and beverages are not included in the rates for this villa. Please inquire for rates that apply over the Christmas/New Years holidays. A 14-night minimum reservation is required over. There is a 7 nights minimum stay required in winter season and 4 nights in summer season.
