Entering the living area of the home you will notice that you have unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea straight ahead, and the garden behind you through floor to ceiling windows. The living area is spacious and open, with modern furniture that complements the home's unique design. The formal dining table sits on one end of the open living area, closest to the kitchen, and offers breathtaking views of the ocean. Travertine stone is used throughout the house for the floor.

Separated from the living area by a Kabukali wood accent wall, the kitchen offers professional grade stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a sleek European design. Close to the kitchen is a media room with high-speed internet access, television, and ample seating. Just outside the kitchen is a covered outdoor dining area when you want to enjoy the sounds of the surf and the breeze coming off the water. A built-in outdoor barbecue grill is located nearby.

Relax on one of the several chairs or lounges on the spacious terrace and enjoy the view of the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea and the island of St. Martin in the distance.
