Completely private, this 13,000 square foot villa presents ample living spaces punctuated by dramatic architectural details and stylish appointments. Outdoor living is inviting. Just steps from the soft sand, the oval swimming pool is complemented by a twelve-person hot tub and bordered by an extensive and well furnished terrace. Chaise lounges and side tables are placed poolside and on the beach with each of these areas serviced by the property's sound system.
Altamer Brazilian Emerald is designed in a modern flower-point motif and offers three full floors of impeccably furnished interiors. Influenced by the Brazilian origin of its accent pieces and colors from the Caribbean palate, its spacious and beautifully appointed rooms are highlighted by the flow of natural light onto Amazon green and amethyst silk fabric and original works of art. Luxury amenities include a state of the art digital sound system with multiple speakers and extensive musical selection, an elevator, and air-conditioning throughout. Each of the four perfectly furnished and dressed guest bedrooms on the third floor features direct sea views, high angled ceilings with skylights and en-suite marble bathroom with custom tub and spa system. These rooms may be converted into two suites with a sitting area on request. The master suite on this floor enjoys superb views, a private furnished balcony, fully equipped loft office, and an exquisite bathroom fitted with Travertine marble, walk-in shower, and Jacuzzi for two placed under a skylight. Two wellness rooms also on this floor may be converted on request to sleeping accommodations for younger children.
This expansive property is complete with a private, well equipped fitness room on the second floor of the villa, and designated private tennis court, lit for evening play. Complimentary equipment is available. Complimentary continental breakfast, canapes, coffee, tea and sparkling water are served daily. Creative menus appealing to children are offered. Additional sleeping accommodation is available in the two air-conditioned 'Pieds-a-Terre' near the villa. One of these garden houses offers over 1,000 square feet in a loft design hosting a bathroom with shower and bedding for two adults or four children, and has views of the garden. The other is a two-storey, 3,300 square foot house with two bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living area with double sofa bed, and fully equipped kitchen. Up to six guests may sleep comfortably in this house. There is a balcony with Jacuzzi for four, and views of the sea, St. Martin and a distant bird sanctuary, a delightful daytrip not offered at many other Caribbean villas.
