Description
The African Sapphire rises above its landscaped grounds directly on the beautiful beach of Shoal Bay West. Featuring contemporary architecture with ample indoor and outdoor living areas, the villa is designed to take full advantage of the sweeping views.
The view walk, with private two person hot tub, soars over the large infinity edged pool and adjacent fourteen-person hot tub. The expansive pool terrace sits right on the white sand of the beach.
The open plan ground floor hosts the 21' ceilinged living room with floor to ceiling windows. The ground floor also houses the formal dining room with seating for thirty, the gourmet chef's kitchen and the home theatre.
The second floor features two bedrooms with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with jacuzzis, as well as a third bedroom with queen sized murphy bed and ensuite shower bathroom. The third floor hosts two master bedroom suites with king sized beds, sitting areas, private terraces, dressing areas, and ensuite bathrooms with jacuzzis. An additional three bedrooms are located on the third floor. Two of these third floor bedrooms host king sized beds and the third a queen sized murphy bed. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi. Six of the eight bedrooms offer expansive beach and ocean views.
