Zenaida Estate is comprised of two private, secluded villas and a guest cottage set amidst three acres of lush tropical landscape above a pristine strip of beach. While enjoying a peaceful ambience, this property is just minutes from The Valley, the island's center for services and shopping. Reached entirely by paved road, this luxury estate is set high enough to command a panoramic view of the islands of St. Martin and St. Barths across a turquoise sea - the finest view in all of Anguilla. Just below the estate grounds is a private, deserted half-mile of the island's famed powdery white beach. Asian antiques, contemporary furnishings and luxury fittings are found throughout the property.
Zenaida Estate's main house, 'Villa Flamboyant' offers wonderful indoor and outdoor living areas with both grand and intimate seating arrangements. Its three bedroom suites are very well-appointed and overlook the pool, beach and sea beyond. Each offers air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a king size bed and private bath. One of these bedrooms is found on the upper floor and features spectacular views and a private balcony. The upper floor master suite of this luxury Anguilla villa is very spacious and offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views which may be enjoyed from bed or the private balcony. Its bathroom is quite luxurious and fitted with separate vanity area, bidet, large shower, and oversized bath with sea view. A separate magnificent pavilion, the 'Great House', boasts especially high ceilings and splendid lounging areas. It also houses a very spacious, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a study equipped with office amenities. The 'Great House' provides the perfect gathering place for dining, conversation, television-watching or games. The adjacent, cozy garden cottage offers further accommodation with a queen size bed and private bath.
The guest house, 'Loblolly' is surrounded by an enchanting walled garden. Its interiors offer a gracefully designed and spacious living area which opens to a balcony overlooking the sea. It is complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, and three bedroom suites. The master bedroom is air-conditioned and fitted with a king size four-poster canopy bed. On the upper floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with two twin size, are spanned by a balcony. This villa is equipped with a fax machine and high speed Internet access. This Anguilla vacation rental boasts a tennis court with soft Har-Tru surface and lighting for night play. Professional instruction can easily be arranged. Other amenities include a separate gym, fully equipped, air-conditioned, and complete with television; an outdoor Jacuzzi for eight, and freshwater infinity-edge swimming pool. Zenaida Estate is staffed with a housekeeper and gardener. Chef services are available at additional rates and by prior arrangement. Spa services, including massage and facials, are also available.
