Zenaida Villa's main house, 'Villa Flamboyant' offers wonderful indoor and outdoor living areas with both grand and intimate seating arrangements. Its three bedroom suites are very well-appointed and overlook the pool, beach and sea beyond. Each offers air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a king size bed and private bath. One of these bedrooms is found on the upper floor and features spectacular views and a private balcony. The upper floor master suite of this luxury Anguilla villa is very spacious and offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views which may be enjoyed from bed or the private balcony. Its bathroom is quite luxurious and fitted with separate vanity area, bidet, large shower, and oversized bath with sea view. A separate magnificent pavilion, the 'Great House', boasts especially high ceilings and splendid lounging areas. It also houses a very spacious, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a study equipped with office amenities. The guest house, 'Loblolly' is surrounded by an enchanting walled garden. Its interiors offer a gracefully designed and spacious living area which opens to a balcony overlooking the sea. On the upper floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with two twin size, are spanned by a balcony.
