Guests enter the first floor of the main villa by way of the porch, which offers easy access to a comfortably furnished living room as well as a separate dining area and modern kitchen. All three of these spaces open to a spacious deck overlooking the sea, which features a lovely outdoor swimming pool as well as an ample tanning area. The first floor also houses two King bedrooms, known as Sky and Sea, each with ensuite bathrooms that house both showers and stone baths.

The ground floor of the main house contains a total of 6 guest bedrooms. Azure, Indigo and Sapphire are King bedrooms, all of which offer private terraces and sea views, as do Cerulean, which houses a Queen bed, and Aqua, which can be made up with a Twin, Full or King bed and links to the Aquamarine Queen bedroom by means of a small corridor. Aquamarine offers a lovely garden view, but no private deck. All the rooms on this level feature ensuite bathrooms. The ground floor of the main house also has a children's play room, home theater and laundry facilities. The garage is located on this level as well. Separate from this building are the Cornflower and Periwinkle King bedrooms, both of which boast indoor and outdoor bathrooms with stone baths and offer lovely, garden/pool views.

The property's outdoor amenities include two swimming pools, a beach pavilion tennis court, a covered outdoor dining area as well as a beach side Jacuzzi. Guests also have access to sea kayaks and snorkeling equipment perfect for enjoying crystal clear blue waters.
