Moonraker Villa is a private residence, newly built to the highest exacting standards, just five hundred meters from the crystal clear aqua blue waters of the warm Caribbean. The villa lies between Mimi Bay and the beautiful Savannah Bay and importantly is just a five minutes drive to the fantastic Shoal Bay East, voted amongst the top ten beaches in the world. The property commands breathtaking panoramic views towards St. Barths and across to St Martin and has 360 degree views of Savannah Bay, Sile Bay and Mimi Bay, with whale watching in season. Importantly, the property benefits from its East End location being ideally positioned to maximize the gentle cooling trade breezes to make your stay comfortable, tranquil and most importantly away from the bustle of island life. The villa is finished with Italian travertine and ceramics complimented by local Anguilla Natural stone. Central, zoned air-conditioning is installed to all rooms to ensure your comfort. All the doors and windows are fitted with retractable fly and insect screens and lined with raw silk total black out drapes to enhance your rest and relaxation during your stay. Moonraker is tastefully furnished with an eclectic mix of modern European furniture and antiques collected and imported from the worldwide travels of the owners. The kitchen at Moonraker is spacious, and features all major modern appliances, including a cappuccino machine. Some of the amenities and features to be enjoyed at Moonraker include a bar and lounge, a private wine cellar, satellite television offering 400 channels, a DVD and CD player, iPod docking station, a home movie theatre, an indoor/outdoor SONOS music system, a guest office with a laptop and printer, and free internet usage. As well, private beach lounges, a propane barbeque, and an on-site Spa and fitness center are provided for your enjoyment and safety. A covered al fresco dining terrace ensures meals are memorable. Both space and maximum light are the central theme found throughout the interior. Each of the seven bedrooms at Moonraker is inviting, spacious, and well appointed. Each bedroom features colour television, a CD player, a ceiling fan, a coffee maker, and a safe for your personal belongings. Also, each bedroom features a private balcony or terrace. The Master Suite, located on the first floor, is fitted with a King bed, a private lounge and dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The nearest grocery store is a five minute drive; tennis courts are a twenty minute drive; watersports, including diving, boating, and snorkeling are an eight minute drive; restaurants in Hibernia are ten minutes by car; the nearest hospital and clinic are a fifteen minute drive, and the nearest Church is a four minute drive from the villa. Day trips to St. Barths, St. Martin/St. Maarten, and neighbouring Cays may be arranged on-site, and are at additional charge.
