Balandra villa is an exquisite villa located high in the hills of Las Brisas, offering a breathtaking view of the bay below, up the coastline and out to the open ocean. A spectacular entrance welcomes guests into its foyer opening directly into the lower level dining, bar and infinity pool beyond. The garden is lovely, with palm trees offering partial shade over the pool.
Balandra villa is superbly well-appointed with neutral yet elegant decor and fine art. Each of the five bedrooms are air-conditioned and extremely spacious with large bathrooms. The sixth bedroom is ideal for working staff, personal secretary or nanny. The master bedroom is exceptionally large and features a wonderful private terrace. A large formal living and dining area can be found in the upstairs of this amazing Lower Las Brisas villa rental, taking full advantage of the outstanding views and breeze. A large television and game room is serviced by a full bath room.
The staff of Balandra villa is comprised of a maid, cook and a waiter. Nanny service is available upon request. Guests on their Acapulco holiday villa rental are entitled access to the fabulous health club situated in lower Las Brisas. Featured amenities of the health club include a swimming pool and restaurant and bar. There will be an approximate USD$10.00 fee (per person) for use of the club's two tennis courts, fully appointed gymnasium and steam bath.
